Apple will record the news accordingly and will include audio in the News Plus

According to Digida, Apple allegedly asks publishers for permission to record the audio of its news to be included in its  Digiday.. The publication says it spoke with four publishers who listened to the offer

Apple would cover the costs of production and compensate publishers similarly to how it does for written articles: 50 percent of subscriber revenue goes to publishers based on how much time subscribers spent with publishers’ content in a 30-day period.

DigiDay sources say that Apple initially wanted permission to record the story of their desire, but now publishers are getting the company to prepare their own works due to intellectual property concerns. We’ve contacted Apple for comment and will update if we hear again

The move comes at a time when audio stories will be on demand. The New York Times acquired stories that lengthened audio content for a company called Adam in March, and Google launched its audio news product in November.

In the case of Google, it licensed audio from various news sources and paid its partners to work with the company to create their stories in this format. It has been rumored for months that Apple has been producing its own audio content for months – although in this case, people thought the company would be involved in creating its own podcast.
