The story of Kaito Shizuki, a ninja planeswalker, was told in detail in the first chapter, “A Stranger in Eiganjo,” which filled in the gaps left by “Kaito Origin Stories.”
In the second chapter, “Lies, Promises, and Neon Flames,” Kaito discovers that one of his best friends has been meeting with “the man with the metal arm” behind his back. This is when the story gets going.
Kaito doesn’t know who this attacker with prosthetics is, but most Magic fans will recognize him as Tezzeret, an artificer who can walk on planes and was once Nicol Bolas’ right-hand man.
What are Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Spoilers?
Today was the last day of the regular preview season for the Japanese-inspired high-tech Magic set Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Spoilers, which will be released on MTG Arena on February 11.
We still don’t know about a rare card and a few common and uncommon until Wizards of the Coast updates the Neon Dynasty card image gallery on Friday, but we’ve seen most of what the set has to offer.

When the Mukotai Soulripper attacks, you can give up another creature or artifact.
Putting a +1/+1 counter on Mukotai Soulripper gives it a menace until the turn’s end if you do this.

On the plane of Kamigawa, a new era begins with new and old threats.

The upcoming Standard-legal set With the start of “spoiler season,” we now know more about the story of Magic: The Gathering’s next set, Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Spoilers has more than 300 Magic: The Gathering cards. Spoilers will start coming out on January 27.
From January 27 to February 3, there will be spoilers for With the start of “spoiler season,” we now know more about the story of Magic: The Gathering’s next set, Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Spoilers (NEO), and on February 7, there will be previews for Commander.
The new Standard-legal set will be available digitally through Magic Online and MTG Arena on February 10. On February 18, it will be available at tables around the world.
Since the events of the Saviors of Kamigawa, over 2,000 years have passed on the plane of Kamigawa, during which time technology has grown, and the emperor has not been seen.
