In Elden Ring, Sorceress Sellen is a vendor and an NPC.
Far east of where you first arrive in Limgrave, inside the Waypoint Ruins, is where you can find her.
You can learn magic from her.
For particular battles, she can also be summoned as an NPC.
ELDEN RING SORCERESS SELLEN LOCATION
She is at the Waypoint Ruins in Limgrave’s central-east, standing close to a treasure chest.
After fighting the Mad Pumpkin Head, players can find her.
The Site of Grace “Waypoint Ruins Cellar” makes an appearance in their boss room after the boss has been defeated, making Sellen’s services readily available.

Sorceress Sellen is likewise held captive at Witchbane Ruins, but until she advances far enough in her quest line, nothing can be done with her besides talking to her.

How To Use Sorceress Sellen 2022
Convoke Sorceress Sellen.
Visit the Waypoint Ruins first, located in the middle of Limgrave and just east of the lake.

Speak with her and agree to be her pupil. She will then assign you a task.
Take the Comet Azur Sorcery.
After that, go to Mount Gelmir to locate Azur, the Primordial Sorcerer.

After that, visit Sorceress Sellen once more and show her the Comet Azure magic you discovered by going back to the Waypoint Ruins Cellar.
