If you have entered an erroneous response and need a same-day reset of your Trojan Check (until 7 p.m.), please email tchelp@usc.edu with your USC ID number. Do not attempt a reset if you are experiencing symptoms since this is a violation of student and staff behavior. Each evening, Trojan Check is automatically reset at midnight.
